Your Guide to Documentation Essentials

To ensure an accurate and timely evaluation, it’s essential that we receive the correct documents directly from your academic institution.

In most cases, Alianza requires that official academic documents be sent directly to Alianza by the issuing institution, authorized examination body, or recognized provider.

Review the general requirements below. Then, if your country is listed, review the country-specific section before requesting your documents. Different countries and education levels have different documentation standards.

If you are unsure, contact us before submitting documents at contactus@alianzaeval.com.

General Requirements

How the Documentation Process Works

  1. Submit your application online.
  2. Our team reviews your educational background.
  3. You will receive written instructions confirming which documents are required.
  4. Your institution or an approved third-party provider sends official documents directly to Alianza.
  5. Evaluation process and timeline begins once all required documents are received and verified.

The information below provides general guidance. Final document requirements are determined after application review. Applicants should not request documents from their institution until they receive confirmation from Alianza regarding what is required.
