IAG Applicant Credential Evaluation

Alianza Academic Evaluations has established a partnership with International Alliance Group (IAG) to offer course-by-course foreign credential evaluations at a discounted rate for eligible IAG applicants.

Discounted Pricing for IAG Applicants

Under normal circumstances, the cost of a course-by-course (CBC) evaluation is $225, with an additional $125 for translation of required academic documents (if applicable). As an active IAG applicant, you are eligible for the IAG partner discount, which significantly reduces the total cost of your application.

You have been provided with a password-protected link to access the discounted application via this page and receive the IAG discount. Completion of this evaluation is a critical component of IAG’s application process.

Overview of Alianza’s Application Process

Step 1: Gather Required Information

Before beginning your application, please prepare the following:

• Applicant contact information, including:
  • First and last name
  • Current address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
• IAG contact information, including:
  • Name and email address of your IAG representative
• Applicant demographic information, including:
  • Date of birth
  • Country of birth
  • Preferred language
• Non-U.S. educational history, including:
  • Names of all non-U.S. secondary and postsecondary institutions attended
  • Country/location of each institution
  • Years attended
  • Academic program(s) completed
  • Degrees, diplomas, or certificates awarded

Step 2: Apply

Please complete all required fields in the application related to the data you gathered above. In addition, you may upload scanned copies of relevant academic documents as part of your application. Please note:

• Official/original academic records (transcripts, marksheets, diplomas, certificates, etc.) must be sent directly to Alianza Academic Evaluations by:
  • The issuing institution or
  • A recognized agency (e.g., myCreds, WAEC, etc.)

After your application is reviewed, we will contact you to request official documentation and provide instructions on how to provide it to us

• Translations:
  • All academic documents must be submitted:
    • In the original language, and
    • In English

All translations must be provided by the educational institution providing the documents, a government agency, or an ATA-accredited or recognized translator. It cannot be provided by the applicant, a family member, recruiter, recruiting agency, or friend.

If needed, Alianza Academic Evaluations can provide certified translations for an additional fee, depending on the language.

Step 3: Receipt of Your Credential Evaluation

Once we have received all of your required documents, we will begin finalizing the evaluation. Completed evaluations are typically issued within three weeks (15 business days) after all required documentation has been received and verified.

Delays in submitting required documents may result in extended processing time.

Important Delivery Information for IAG Applicants:
As an IAG applicant, your completed evaluation will be delivered directly to you and to IAG.
The evaluation will not be sent to any additional institutions, employers, or licensing bodies at the time of issuance. Additional distribution may be requested later, subject to Alianza’s policies and applicable fees.

Pricing and Payment

• Payment is due at the time of application.
• The IAG discount is automatically applied at checkout for eligible applicants.

The IAG discount is available only to active IAG applicants. If you are not an active IAG applicant, please use our standard application here: Individual Application.

Note: Any individual who submits an application through the IAG portal but is not an active IAG applicant will be required to pay the full evaluation and translation fees before an evaluation can be issued.
