Communication with Our Office
To ensure accuracy and timely processing of evaluations, Alianza Academic Evaluations manages case communication in writing.
If you have questions about an application, document requirements, or the status of an evaluation, please contact us by email at contactus@alianzaeval.com.
Our office does not provide unscheduled phone support. This policy allows our evaluators to focus on preparing accurate and defensible evaluation reports while ensuring all inquiries are documented and addressed efficiently.
Step 3: Submit Payment
Payment is completed online at the time of application.
Once payment is submitted:
- Your application is officially received
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with the next steps
Step 4: Wait for Document Instructions
After submission, an evaluator will review your application and contact you with specific document requirements.
This step is important because:
- Requirements vary by country, credential type, and evaluation purpose
- Not all evaluations use the same documents
- Some evaluations require official records sent directly by institutions
📌 Please do not send documents until you receive instructions unless specifically directed to do so.
Step 5: Submit Documents as Instructed
Once we review your application, we will contact you to request required documentation be sent directly to us using one of the following methods:
- via your institution's official process, or
- via secure platforms (ETX, Digitary, TrueCopy, etc.)Â
If additional information is needed at any point, our team will reach out.
Step 6: Evaluation in Progress
Your evaluation timeline begins once all required documents have been received and approved.
During this time:
- Your credentials are reviewed using recognized evaluation standards
- Country-specific research and institutional verification may be conducted
- Your evaluation is prepared with accuracy, clarity, and care
Step 7: Receive Your Evaluation
Completed evaluations are delivered electronically unless otherwise requested.
If you need:
- Additional copies
- Updates
- Revisions for a new purpose
We’re happy to help.
